Excellent opportunity to lead a department within an already successful organisation looking to expand into the HVAC and AC markets.

This well established, family run organisation operate across construction and engineering facilities. Within the engineering team they specialise in Heating, Gas, Renewables, and Electrical maintenance and installation to commercial and domestic projects. Working with their existing client base they aim to provide additional services within the HVAC space and grow this successfully.

In this role you will be predominantly office based with some site visitations required. You will lead the department and work to tender projects, schedule, survey, run these and ultimately grow this side of the business. There will be a bonus-based incentive with the role to encourage the growth of this department.

The Role

*HVAC/AC Engineering Contracts Management  

*Tendering, running and scheduling projects

*Working on Domestic and Commercial projects

*Office based with occasional site visits
