Field Operations Manager

M4 Corridor

£50,000 – £60,000 + Car + Bonus + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity to progress all the way to director level within a large market leading organisation who are highly revered in their industry.

On offer is a varied role, with huge responsibility, autonomy, and can influence company growth targets and change management.

This company are a leading heavy vehicle operator and supplier spanning the UK. In offering a much higher performance and level of service they have increased their turnover tenfold over the past 5 years and plan to emulate this over the next 5.

In this role you will work remotely, in the field covering the South of the UK. You will engage with drivers, engineers and customers to resolve any issues on site. Oversee all operations, support coordination teams, liaise with all departments to drive change management and ultimately be the eyes and ears of the business.

The Person

• Background in heavy vehicle, plant, agricultural or similar hire background
• Management experience essential
• Field based experience essential
• Based along the M4 Corridor
