This company are a leading manufacturer of mechanically engineered products into a range of high-tech industries nationally. They are expanding the business and require a mechanically minded individual to support their existing customer base.

In this role you will manage existing accounts, provide technical support and advice. They have a strong customer base and many inbound enquiries so there is no requirement for business development. Although this is an office-based role there is the occasional requirement to attend site visits.

The Role

• Supporting existing customers and accounts
• Office based with occasional site visits
• Providing technical advise
• Full training provided

The Person

• Background in any mechanical engineering industry
• Effective communicator
• Someone looking to come off the tools would be ideal
• OR background with technical support or technical sales
• Living commutable to Swansea
